Surrounded by creativity from an early age, Tyka began writing songs and learning instruments around the age of ten, eventually mastering piano, guitar, bass, and clarinet. Throughout her career, Tyka pursued her artistic dreams with authenticity and heart. In 1988, she released her debut album, Royal Blue, featuring the successful single "Marc Anthony's Tune," which earned national recognition and established her as a respected performer in her own right.
